Three Obsticles Remain


	I just want to comment on the various websites I’m seeing that still think the EU is going to come together and rule the world as the last, beast goverment. As many of you know, Mr. Lamb is a contributing writer at WorldNetDaily.com. It defies logic to think that the UN, which is at this point steadily gaining power, is just going to fold up and go away. Fifty-five years have been spent putting this organization together and all that stands in the way of complete ironclad rule is a world tax, a larger army and the USA. They have been working on the world tax. This was the agenda in Monterrey, Mexico last year. President Bush hushed their furvor and it was put off for a later day, BUT they are still working on it. They are also working on a larger military force. Two of the websites espousing this notion of EU world rule are of the mind that we are or may already be in the Tribulation. I’m not arguing that supposition (we're not) but if that is true, how then could the EU form a world government in the time that is left which the UN has taken 55 years to do? In fact, Daniel chapter 7 speaks of a completely different world government from all previous governments. Read this from Daniel chapter 7: Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be DIVERSE from all kingdoms and shall devour the whole earth and shall tead it down and break it in pieces. Daniel 7:23 My King James Bible says that DIVERSE means DIFFERENT. To me that means DIFFERENT! Three times in chapter Daniel chapter 7 it says DIVERSE. A point being made! Not the old Roman Empire coming back together. This is why even to this very day there are all kinds of attempts to place the ten kings together somehow in the EU - even though there are 15 and counting. The EU has years to go, if we had the time, in order to consolidate the countries that have now joined, much less make an attempt to rule the world. The UN is ruling the world already in many ways. Even the US is getting in the act of making it enforce its Resolutions. It has a World Criminal Court and has ruled that the US cannot put to death 3 people on death row in some states. It’s tentacles reach into 191 countries of the world and effect every area of human life. If you don’t believe that, you’re behind on your reading! What I see in this EU World Ruler clamor is an attempt to force scipture to bend and submit to an old worn out theory that has been around for a long, long time. Remember, they couldn't see as clearly prophetically as we do now. According to Daniel, latter days things were sealed up until the time of the end. Not that the EU wouldn’t come back together. Not that it wouldn’t be powerful, even eventually dominating the commerce of the world - just that it is NOT the last world ruler entity. While you’re watching for the ten kings to appear on the prophetic horizon, notice that the UN Security Council is made up of ten “kings” - ten different countries set on the Security Council in two year rotation and then there are 5 permanent members: USA, Britain, Russia, China and Italy. In the coming war, the USA and Russia should, according to Bible prophecy, lose their status as main players. This next war is going to be so devastating to many countries that it is very likely that the 5 permanent slots could be reduced to the office of one permanent Supreme Leader. Wake up!
