The Church of Jesus Christ


	The Church of Jesus Christ, According to the Word of God One thing that I have noticed........most Christian message boards are set up according to THE WORD OF GOD more than ANY "church" of any denomination that I have been in. I will explain according to the Word of God: Please read the scriptures below very carefully. This is what the Word of God has to say about the church (believers) meeting: 1Corinthians 14:23 If therefore the whole church (believers, NOT a building) be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad? 1Corinthians 14:24 But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believeth not, or one unlearned, he is convinced of all, he is judged of all: 1Corinthians 14:25 And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; AND SO FALLING DOWN ON HIS FACE he will worship God, and report that God is in you of a truth. Do you understand these two verses? If ALL prophesy..............ALL, just like on a Christian message board. Not just the preacher, pastor, associate pastor, outside evangelist. The Bible SAYS that THIS WILL CONVICT SINNERS AND THEY WILL FALL DOWN AND REPENT and know that God is with you!!! 1Corinthians 14:26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying. Do you understand this verse? It says EVERYONE IS INVOLVED IN MINISTERING! Not sitting in the pew silent while you watch the "program" that is rehearsed before you arrived! God has given someone a psalm to read, someone else a doctrine, someone else a message in tongues, someone else a revelation, someone else the interpretation! 1Corinthians 14:27 If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret. 1Corinthians 14:28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God. 1Corinthians 14:29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge. Is this being done in your "church"? You can bet its NOT! If a person started giving prophetic scripture during "church", the pastor and elders would throw them out. Where are the prophets? Are they outside in the wilderness because they know they will not be received? 1Corinthians 14:30 If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace. 1Corinthians 14:31 For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted. Does the Word of God say here that ALL PROPHESY ONE BY ONE? Is this done in your "church"? If you have just read these scriptures and you understand them, can you please tell me if your "church" is following these COMMANDS by the Holy Ghost as given unto the Apostle Paul when you meet on Sunday mornings at 11am or whenever? If you answer NO...........then could you please tell me when we were instructed to DISREGARD them and hold "church" according to MAN MADE TRADITION? And most importantly, how can we think that God will bring REVIVAL to a place that you meet on Sundays or whenever when TRADITIONS have REPLACED the Word of God? Traditions make the Word of God of NO EFFECT! They CHOKE the Word out of the believer and rob him of FAITH IN GOD'S WORD! If you are attending one of these denominational/non-denominational "churches", if you are surrounded and captured by these traditional teachings, I would get up out of your pew and FLEE! COME OUT! COME OUT! COME OUT! HOME FELLOWSHIPS are in the Book of Acts. This is how the church (believers) started meeting. Jesus Christ the SAME yesterday and today and forever! Hebrews 13:8. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, THERE AM I in the MIDST of them. Matthew 18:20.
