Is the USA in the Bible?


	Is the United States in the Bible? Revelation 11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. The symbolic principal. Where was Christ crucified? Not in Sodom or Egypt, literally speaking. Who am I? • I dwell upon many waters. • I'm abundant in treasures. • My people live in great luxury. • My symbol is a woman. • My colors: scarlet, fine linen, and purple. • I have been, in the past, a golden cup in the Lord's hand. • My people are given over to seeking pleasure continually. • I'm very proud and dwell with careless abandon. • All of the merchants of the earth were made rich by me because I consume most of the world's merchandise. • Ships bring most of my delicacies to me, and because of this, I made all who trade by the sea rich. • I needed a great abundance of various things. Nothing did I withhold from myself. Anything I wanted I found a way to get it. I am like a whore. • Because I am like a whore, you could say I committed fornication with the kings of the earth to get the oil, minerals, or merchandise I needed. • My people are insane with idols. • My merchants, or businessmen, could be called "the great men of the earth." • I have corrupted the earth by my fornications and my sorceries. • Because I accepted all religions, regardless of what or whom they worship, like Buddhists, Hindus, Satanists, Mormons, Earth Worshipers, etc . . . , you could call me a 'Babylon' of sorts. Proof texts - 1. Jer 51:13 - "O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come, and the measure of thy covetousness." 2. Rev 18:7 - "How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit as a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow." 3. Isa 47:5 - "Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called, The lady of the kingdoms." 4. Isa 47:7 - "And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever: so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it." 5. Rev 18:16 - "And saying, Alas, alas that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!" 6. Jer 51:7 - "Babylon hath been a golden cup in the LORD'S hand, that made all the earth drunken: the nations have drunken of her wine; therefore the nations are mad." 7. Isa 47:8 - "Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children:" 8. Isa 47:10 - "For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me." 9. Rev 18:11 - "And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:" 10. Rev 18:15 - "The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing," 11. Rev 18:17-19 - "For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by the sea, stood afar off, And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city! And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! For in one hour is she made desolate." 12. Rev 18:3 - "For all the nations have drunk the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies." 13. Rev 18:14 - "And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all." 14. Jer 50:38 - "A drought is upon her waters; and they shall be dried up: for it is the land of graven images, and they are mad upon their idols." 15. Rev 18:9 - "And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning," 16. Rev 19:2 - "FOR TRUE AND RIGHTEOUS ARE HIS JUDGMENTS: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and HATH AVENGED THE BLOOD OF HIS SERVANTS AT HER HAND." 17. Rev 18:23 - "And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all the nations deceived." 18. Zech. 2:6,7 - "Ho, ho, come forth, and flee from the land of the north, saith the LORD: for I have spread you abroad as the four winds of the heaven, saith the LORD. Deliver thyself, O Zion, that dwellest with the daughter of Babylon." 19. Psalm 137:8 - "O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed; happy shall he be, that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us." Who is the USA? We are the 'great whore' of Revelation 18. We are the 'daughter of Babylon', of Jeremiah 51 and Zechariah 2. How can this be? I thought Rev 18 was Rome? Well, let me make some points to ponder, ok? * What are the colors of Rome (Roman Catholic)? Red and purple (Rev 17:4). What are the colors of the USA? Red, white and blue (Rev 18:16) (Text #5). * Who is the great consumer of most of the worlds goods? Rome or USA? * Who has abundant fresh and salt water shores? Rome or USA? * Both has a woman for a symbol - Rome has the virgin Mary. USA has the Statue of Liberty. * Who has made the shipmeisters of the oceans rich? Rome or USA? * Both Rome and USA are insane with their idols. Rome has numerous graven images. USA has: baseball, football, golf, basketball, soccer, pleasure, TV, sex, money, houses, etc . . . all modern day gods, that people in the USA are consumed by, and worship, with their money and time. * Who, promotes worldwide: abortion as birth-control, and homosexuality as a good thing? * Where is there still a large population of Jews? God called them out of Russia, isn't He calling them out of the USA also? (refer to text #18) * Who used to be a "golden cup" in the Lord's hand? Used for good not evil? Rome or USA? * Who seeks pleasure continually? * Who considers their businessmen the best and brightest in the world? Rome or USA? * Someday, when the USA goes bankrupt, which could be very soon, USA will say to all the foreign countries that own our debt, "Sorry we can't pay the trillions we owe", at that point will the countries of the world say, "Oh that's OK, no problem", or will they hate us? (refer to Rev 17:16) * I think Rev 17 is talking of two symbolic women. The woman on the back of the beast is Rome, (Roman Catholisim, pope, etc.). The other is a whore, the USA. * I believe the Bible points to the destruction of the USA (Rev 18) before the rapture. (refer to Rev 19:2-9) * Our country was built on a good foundation but in the last 40 years has been in a free fall towards the abyss. Evil is called good and good is called evil.
